Delivery will be made in accordance with the information on the order pages at the time of placing the order. We are not liable for any delay caused by the unavailability of you to accept the delivery. If there has been a delivery attempt made it will be your responsibility to contact the post office or courier company as soon as possible to arrange collection or re-delivery.

Customs Charges

If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the EU, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country/region of the  destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by you. It is accepted by you that Pannoval Press has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. Pannoval Press recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order.

How do I return an order?

Your satisfaction is paramount to us, so we offer a 21-day returns policy. If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise you may return it within 21 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the cost of the items returned including initial delivery costs. If you have simply changed your mind, return your order within 21 days of the delivery date for a refund minus the initial delivery costs. Return postage is to be covered by the sender.

For a refund or exchange, return the item(s) in their original condition (ideally in the original packaging) to the address listed below. We recommend you use a registered mail service that includes insurance for your returns, as we can only give you a refund or exchange if we receive the items. If the item is not returned in its original state (unused), we may not be able to issue a full refund. Please also ensure that you include details of your name, address and order number so that we can ensure that your return is processed as quickly as possible.
